Pakistan Endowment Fund Scholarships initiative was established
The Pakistan Endowment Fund Scholarships scheme, which will be launched for students nationwide on the model of the Punjab Endowment Fund, has been announced by the federal government.
The chairman of the prime minister’s national youth programme, Rana Mashhood Ahmed, also announced expanding the scope of the national youth loan programme on Thursday at a news conference in Islamabad. He announced the start of IT courses and skill development initiatives aimed at providing students with the newest skills and expanding their work prospects.
According to Rana Mashhood, the government is concentrating on boosting the agricultural, information technology, and skill development sectors since they have the potential to drive economic growth in the short- and medium-term plans.
According to him, an e-gaming organisation would be founded to give the six to seven million young people involved in this billion-dollar sector a stage on which to showcase their abilities.
According to Rana Mashhood, nationwide training camps and sporting events would be arranged to identify the greatest talent.
He remarked that by adopting contemporary techniques, local artists in every location will be empowered to market their art on a worldwide scale, thereby aiding in the promotion of our art and culture.
In reference to tourism, he mentioned that camps would be erected all over the world to highlight Pakistan’s tourism potential and significant tourist spots. He stated that plans are underway to develop a national tourism programme and that double-decker buses will be operated for tourists in various places.
