The MDCAT Retake Final Decision is announced by the Peshawar High Court.
35 petitions against the MDCAT test’s re-administration have been rejected by the Peshawar High Court.
Judges Ijaz Ibrahim and Shakil Ahmed heard the opposition to the MDCAT exam being administered again.
Student Arif warned the court during the hearing that they would be hanged if their test findings were found to be erroneous.
“You want to become a doctor, why should we hang you?” Justice Ijaz Ibrahim said in response.
Justice Ijaz Ibrahim continued in his remarks, saying that the country has grown suspicious of institutions and that what transpired during the MDCAT test ought not to again.
“Now that the entries have been made and classes are in session, the test has been re-conducted due to irregularities,” Justice Ijaz Ibrahim stated. We must follow the law when making decisions in this situation; we are unable to intervene at this time.
The court told them to save their time and get ready for the test the following year after dismissing the 35 petitions pertaining to the MDCAT.
