Colleges and Universities Postpone Board Examinations Following Unexpected Holiday
The ongoing exams for the Federal and Rawalpindi education boards have been delayed, which is a noteworthy move. Following the Punjab government‘s proclamation of a public holiday for all public and private colleges and institutions, the decision was made late last night.
The provincial government sent out a statement declaring the day off for schools, which caused the boards to postpone all of their planned tests. As the boards attempt to reschedule the affected exams, students who were scheduled to appear for their exams will now experience delays.
Parents and children have been reassured by Federal and Rawalpindi board officials that they will be informed as soon as there are any changes to the exam dates. The boards underlined that they would follow the government’s directive with the goal of causing the least amount of disturbance to the academic calendar possible.
The students who are demonstrating and calling for justice for the victim of the alleged rape case at a private college in Lahore are proving difficult for the Punjab administration to placate.
