PM Shehbaz highlights the value of educated youth for the future of the nation.
The future of the country would be shaped in large part by the educated and talented youth, as Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif emphasised on youth and education in a recent meeting with a student. He revealed a scholarship program designed to help top performers pursue top-notch education in esteemed international universities.
On Sunday, PM Shehbaz received a visit from Ikram Ullah, a Balochistani student enrolled in the ninth grade at Lawrence College Murree, at Prime Minister’s House in Islamabad. Under the prime minister’s guidance, Ikramullah, who hails from the flood-affected area of Qila Saifullah, was given the chance to attend a prestigious university. PM conveyed his happiness with the development.
After the floods of 2022, PM Shehbaz talked about his meeting with Ikramullah while visiting the Khasnoob camp at Qila Saifullah. He promised the pupil a top-notch education, which Lawrence College is currently providing.
Ikramullah expressed his appreciation to the prime minister for his generosity and vowed to continue serving the nation in the future. Assuring him that the government would cover all of his educational costs, PM Shehbaz gave him advice to study hard and concentrate on his studies.
Additionally, PM Shehbaz was pleased with the student’s growth since their first encounter. He gave instances of successful Punjabi students who studied in Europe and Scandinavia and returned with knowledge and abilities. Ikramullah received gifts from the prime minister, who also urged him to do well in school. From the Prime Minister’s House, he also personally said goodbye to the student.
