Bahria University Islamabad and Hashoo School of Hospitality Management join hands to enable high-quality hospitality education

Hashoo School of Hospitality Management (HSHM) and Bahria University are collaborating to offer future hospitality professionals a more comprehensive academic experience in an interesting effort aimed at improving hospitality education in Pakistan.
At the recent inaugural ceremony of this relationship, key leaders from academics, HSHM, Pakistan Navy, and Hashoo Group attended the Pearl-Continental Hotel in Rawalpindi.

As a result of this collaboration, HSHM students will reside at the Bahria Finishing School, where they will have access to cutting-edge amenities like training kitchens, modern classrooms, a mock restaurant, and a training hotel room. They will also receive instruction from top culinary and hospitality professionals from across the world. A number of need- and talent-based scholarships are also offered, expanding access to top-notch hospitality education and ensuring the industry’s long-term viability.

Speaking about the partnership, Haseeb A. Gardezi, Chief Operating Officer of Hashoo Group’s Hospitality and Education division, said: “We are enthusiastic about the future of Pakistan’s hospitality industry, which is looking brighter than ever with meaningful collaborations like this one with Bahria University.” Together, we can help this nation’s children realize their full potential for success and build a better basis for hospitality and tourism.

“With the potential of our tourism and hospitality industry remaining largely untapped, enhancing access to world-class education facilities is the first major step towards growth,” Vice Admiral Asif Khaliq, Rector of Bahria University, expressed his delight in expressing this sentiment. We are eager to collaborate closely with HSHM and Hashoo Group to ensure that Pakistan’s youth get employed in this thriving sector.
