Superior University becomes the first-ever Pakistani collaborative partner with Babson College USA.

It is with great pride that Superior University announces its debut as Babson College’s collaborating partner. Babson College is the world’s top entrepreneurial institute, with its headquarters located in the USA.  This announcement marks a pivotal moment in academic relationships, connecting the strengths of Superior University with the renowned business prowess of Babson College.

Babson College is well known for its dedication to promoting innovation and developing an entrepreneurial spirit. It has been named the top entrepreneurial institute in the world by U.S. News & World Report an astounding 27 times. The college often turns out graduates who are capable of navigating the fast-paced, cutthroat business world. With innovative leadership in place, Superior University’s path toward this esteemed partnership got underway in 2016. The administration adopted the slogan “Superior would not become a factory of unemployed youth” in recognition of the need to buck conventional educational conventions and develop a more all-encompassing system that would encourage entrepreneurship.

The main goal of the university’s Entrepreneurial Teaching and Training Program (ETTP) was to establish an ecosystem that would change students’ perspectives from those of job seekers to those of job producers. This all-encompassing endeavor encompassed the fields of business, computing, engineering, healthcare, and social sciences. Superior University made the decision to create the entire ecosystem in order to properly implement the ETTP and meet its goals. Initially, a specially created Coach Capacity Building Program was used to teach the instructors. The professors received certification from Babson College itself, which helped to further increase the program’s legitimacy. Through this initiative, Superior’s academic framework was given a worldwide perspective, guaranteeing that students receive an excellent education in entrepreneurship.

The institution implemented 3U1M, or three years in college and one year in the workforce, a novel framework for experiential learning. In order to set the proper tone for their academic journey, Superior University’s Freshman Program introduces students to the principles of business while also teaching them life management skills. Babson College recognized Superior University’s ongoing dedication to comprehensive entrepreneurship education, reaffirming the esteemed connection between the two schools. This partnership with Babson College USA is a demonstration of Superior University’s commitment to creating an atmosphere that is favorable for the growth of entrepreneurs.

In addition to providing Superior University with entrepreneurial know-how, this partnership with Babson College enables faculty and student interchange of ideas and cultures. Being the premier institution for entrepreneurship in Pakistan, it is committed to studying and putting Babson’s best practices into reality. It also shares these insights with other Pakistani institutions in an effort to positively influence the country’s entrepreneurial environment.
