The first admissions selection list for Punjab’s government medical colleges has been made public.
The University of Health Sciences‘ website now features the first MBBS selection list.
Government medical colleges have a minimum merit requirement of 94.3621 percent.
With 96.0727 percent, King Edw Medical College Lahore had the highest merit, followed by Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore with 95.6091 percent.
The merit of Narowal Medical College, which was founded this year, is 94.3621 percent, while that of Services Institute of Medical Sciences Lahore was 95.2773 percent.
All selection lists will be available to candidates on the UHS website. Candidates who are accepted must turn in their tuition by January 23.
The college fee challan is available for download on the UHS admissions page.
Government medical colleges charge a yearly fee of Rs18,000, which applicants can pay online to UHS’s account or at the Bank of Punjab.
The candidate must submit a written joining statement to the relevant medical college after paying the cost.
Candidates will only be deemed admitted if they pay the price and enrol. On January 24, the second selection list will be made public.
