International scholarships for students are promised by CM Maryam.
While speaking to students at Bahauddin Zikriya University in Multan on Monday, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated that the government will provide all necessary facilities and scholarships to brilliant (honehaar) students so they can meet their educational expenses. She said that public resources had not been used for the welfare of the people for the previous 75 years, but that the Honhaar Scholarship Program would be gradually expanded and would introduce international scholarships.
She declared that the students would soon receive laptops. According to Maryam Nawaz, she is pleased to learn that 60% of female students were awarded Honhaar Scholarships.
According to her, e-vehicles are essential for fostering a healthy atmosphere in the province. She told the attendees that a Chinese business has shown interest in setting up an electric bike factory in Punjab.
According to Maryam Nawaz, worthy Honhaar students will receive interest-free loans to launch their own businesses.
After completing their degrees, students would receive loans totalling more than Rs 100 million to launch their own businesses.
The chief minister of Punjab declared that 30,000 students will receive scholarships, provided they abstain from all anti-state activities.
