Engineer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Pakistan, has proposed a free laptop program for BanoQabil program graduates.
He made the statement while speaking to thousands of students in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, who were taking the BanoQabil 4.0 aptitude test.
