Announcement of New Examination Policy for Khyber Medical University’s BS Nursing and Allied Health Sciences Semester Programs

Khyber Medical University Peshawar (KMU) has announced a significant change to enhance the transparency and performance of the examinations for its BS Nursing and Allied Health Sciences programs. Based on the recommendations of the Academic Council and Syndicate, KMU will conduct the final semester exams at specific examination centers, which will be supervised by the directors of KMU’s affiliated institutions in five regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The KMU Institute of Health Sciences Swat, Institute of Health Sciences Islamabad, KMU Institute of Health Sciences Kohat, KMU Institute of Health Sciences Hazara, and the central campus KMU Peshawar’s regional directors will manage all aspects of the examination process. Their responsibilities will include paper setting, conducting clinical exams, and compiling results. Additionally, a core committee, comprising Director Academics and Admissions Dr. Zille Huma, KMU Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Director QEC Dr. Shiraz, Dr. Maria Ishaq Khattak, Muhammad Islam, Additional Director Academics, and Sahir Atiq, Deputy Director Academics, will identify clear procedures for the central implementation of exams.
