InnoXera Pakistan 2024: Advancing the Technological Future of Education

The 6th InnoXera Summit, now in its second year in Pakistan, was held at the Serena Hotel in Islamabad. The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training gave the opening keynote presentation at the largest education and technology summit, highlighting the government’s commitment to developing these vital subjects.

The event’s subject this year, “Beyond the Screen: Expanding the Boundaries of Learning,” set the setting for an innovative technological application-based push to the boundaries of traditional education. The summit, which had over 26 speakers, included a range of panels and keynotes covering important subjects like the future of e-learning, the use of AI in the classroom, and the digital revolution of education.

Prominent sponsors contributed a substantial amount of assistance to InnoXera Pakistan 2024. Classera was the primary sponsor, followed by platinum sponsors Business Solutions, PTCL, and Ufone. As strategic partners, Intel and Microsoft also joined, elevating their technological know-how.

In his speech, Chief Guest Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training Pakistan, expressed his excitement about the collaborative efforts between public and private institutions to revolutionise education in Pakistan through technology in his capacity as Secretary Federal Education. By working together, we are utilising innovation to build a generation that is prepared for the future, closing the digital divide, and opening up countless opportunities for our children.

This collaboration is a critical turning point in our transition to a knowledge-based economy, and I have no doubt that it will fundamentally alter Pakistan’s educational system.

A demonstration of the latest technologies from participating partners was another aspect of the summit exhibition. In addition to participating in some VR and AI-powered activities, attendees had the chance to speak with professionals at a variety of booths and learn about innovative educational technologies.
