Better Bus Service for FDE Students Will Be Provided by the Education Ministry

In compliance with the directives of the Federal Education Minister, the Federal Education and Professional Training Ministry has declared that 45 buses that have been out-of-service and malfunctioning for the past 14 years are presently undergoing repairs and rehabilitation. They will be reintegrated into the system in less than a week, guaranteeing secure and dependable transportation for FDE students.

In order to alleviate the human resource shortage in the fleet of school buses, 200 drivers and conductors have reportedly been employed after eight years through a third-party service, according to the education ministry. This will make it possible for us to offer prompt and effective transport services.

In a similar vein, 20 Pink Buses have been set aside to transport female teachers and students from rural to urban locations.

These measures are evidence of the Federal Minister of Education‘s commitment to enhancing the nation’s educational system and to delivering high-quality instruction while also guaranteeing the welfare of students, the statement stated.

The education ministry said, “We will keep working nonstop to give our students a supportive learning environment and services.”
