KPK to establish an Institute for Cybersecurity
Sardar Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, presided over a conference in Peshawar to discuss the creation of the Cyber Security Institute.
The meeting when it was decided that the institute will be housed in the current facility was attended by the provincial education minister and relevant officials. The gathering was informed that the Cyber Security Institute will be launching graduate-level and PhD-level programmes.
Gandapur issued orders to use all available resources to transform the institution into a cutting-edge facility. He emphasised, saying, “The Cyber Security Institute is desperately needed, and work needs to get underway right now. “The province government will give priority to providing all necessary resources for this objective. “The IT sector has enormous potential that should be fully utilised.” “We will also establish world-class cyber security institutes at the divisional level,” he pledged.
The province administration lists educating and training young people in accordance with modern standards as one of its top goals. “Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s youth possess great talent, and the current provincial government will give them opportunities in every field.”
