Punjab Opens Complaint Portal to Handle Concerns About Exams

The BISE Examination Complaints Portal was jointly launched by the Higher Education Department (HED) and the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) to address complaints and issues regarding intermediate exams for students throughout Punjab. This programme offers parents and students a convenient way to voice their concerns about the Intermediate exams.

The online form for filing complaints, accessible at https://complaints.bise.punjab.gov.pk/, facilitates the procedure and makes it easy for users to file complaints. When a complaint is received regarding the portal, it will be immediately transmitted to the appropriate board for appropriate action. This will guarantee a rapid resolution and help to improve examination procedures and transparency in the educational system.

Additionally, by phoning the helpline (042-111-11-2020), which offers extended support to parents and students from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, complainants can record their issues immediately. In order to establish a welcoming environment for students throughout the exam time, Punjabi Examination Board Chairman Faisal Yousuf has reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to giving students a voice and a forum to express their concerns. He has also emphasised the need of minimising complaints in examination centres around Punjab.
