Winter Break Announced by Quaid-i-Azam University
Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, has shared its official winter vacation schedule.
As per the university’s announcement, the campus will be closed for winter holidays from December 26, 2024, to January 1, 2025. Classes and administrative operations are set to resume on January 2, 2025.
In a related development, the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) has also announced winter vacation dates for private schools and colleges in the federal capital. According to their notification issued on December 20, 2024, private institutions in Islamabad will remain closed until January 5, 2025, with classes restarting on Monday, January 6, 2025.
