KP Government to Hire 16,247 New Teachers
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has opened applications for 16,247 teaching positions, aiming to strengthen the province’s education sector and create new job opportunities.
The recruitment drive includes district cadre teaching posts ranging from BPS-12 to BPS-15, with vacancies available for both male and female candidates in various teaching roles, including PST, PET, CT-IT, AT, TT, CT, and DM.
Breakdown of Available Positions:
PST: 6,646 male, 4,065 female
PET: 433 male, 304 female
CT-IT: 109 male, 109 female
Qari Teachers: 293 male, 133 female
AT: 494 male, 306 female
TT: 341 male, 171 female
CT: 1,456 male, 627 female
DM: 475 male, 285 female
Officials emphasized that the recruitment process will be transparent and merit-based, ensuring fair opportunities for all applicants.
