Govt Colleges in Lahore Introduce New Dress Code for Staff
A new dress code has been rolled out for staff at government colleges, aiming to create a more professional appearance. Starting February 1, employees will no longer be allowed to wear tight jeans, T-shirts, half-sleeved shirts, or open-toed shoes.
The Director of Colleges Lahore has specifically addressed clerical staff and Grade IV employees with these guidelines. For Grade IV staff, the dress code mandates wearing a black shalwar kameez accompanied by a belt.
To ensure everyone adheres to the new standards, regular inspections will take place. The administration is committed to closely monitoring the implementation of this policy to maintain its effectiveness.
If you’re part of the affected staff, make sure to update your wardrobe accordingly before the February deadline to comply with the new requirements.
