All government school teachers in the Lahore district received show-cause notices for refusing to take the Training Need Assessment<\/a> (TNA) exam. The Peda Act was used to issue show-cause notices.<\/p>\n

Show-cause notices have been handed to all head teachers and teachers for their absences from TNA testing locations.<\/p>\n

The TNA test, which was conducted in the province last week to evaluate the training requirements for teachers in the School Education Department (SED)<\/a>, was earlier entirely boycotted by Punjabi educators.<\/p>\n

The TNA App was created by PMIU-PESRP on behalf of the government to evaluate the department’s instructors’ training requirements.<\/p>\n

It would make effective online testing possible by assessing key teaching competencies using a multiple-choice question (MCQ) format.<\/p>\n

The application is made to guarantee easy testing and navigation, efficiently highlighting important areas for professional growth.<\/p>\n

Only 80 teachers took the test, despite the fact that the government had set up 720 locations throughout the province to administer it. Approximately 43,000 primary school teachers (PSTs) were expected to take the test.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
