The Punjab Cabinet gave its approval to the “CM Punjab Laptop Scheme<\/a>” and the “Khelta Punjab program” during a meeting held in Lahore today.<\/p>\n

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif presided over the cabinet meeting, which produced a number of significant decisions pertaining to public welfare and environmental preservation.<\/p>\n

The Provincial Motor Vehicle Ordinance 1965 was amended by the Cabinet to increase fines for cars that create excessive amounts of smoke. It also established District Plastic Management Committees as part of an effort to combat plastic pollution.<\/p>\n
