The All-Pakistan Private Schools Management Association<\/a> is pushing for the removal of taxes on private schools, voicing serious worries about the nation’s educational system.<\/a><\/p>\n

The group emphasised that 60 percent of school-age children attend private schools. They asked political parties to stop using the education sector as a test bed and instead collaborate to develop a coherent 20-year national education policy.<\/p>\n

Abrar Ahmad Khan, the provincial president, Vice President Colonel (retd.) Fawad Hanif, Central Senior Vice President Muhammad Farhan Chaudhry, Advocate District President Abrar Ahmed, Tehsil Rawalpindi Secretary General Adnan Nisar, and Rawalpindi Division Deputy Secretary General Kamran Saif Qureshi were among the association leaders who voiced their concerns.<\/p>\n

The group emphasised that the exclusion of more than 20 million children from the educational system is Pakistan’s most pressing problem. They questioned the conflicting strategy of the administration, pointing out that Punjabi schools are closing even though the prime minister has proclaimed an emergency in education.<\/p>\n

The group emphasised that almost 60% of the nation’s educational load is borne by the private sector.
