The Punjab government<\/a> has announced plans to enact new laws mandating private schools to provide free education<\/a> to 10% of their students.<\/p>\n

In order to determine which underprivileged and worthy children at Punjab’s private schools are eligible for free education, the department of education will survey private schools. The Ministry of Education will record how many pupils are enrolled in private schools throughout this survey. After the summer break, on August 31, this process should be finished.<\/p>\n

Through the educational system, the Private Schools Ordinance 2014 will be strengthened.<\/p>\n
