38 elementary schools in Karachi lack restrooms, while 14,000 schools in the province<\/a> lack access to drinking water, according to Sindh Education Minister<\/a> Sardar Shah.<\/p>\n

Shah brought up the difficulty of preserving school infrastructure during his speech at the Sindh Assembly meeting on Wednesday. He mentioned that solar panels placed in schools are frequently taken within a few days.<\/p>\n

Opposition leader Ali Khursheedi stressed at the meeting that education issues are nonpartisan and that he is willing to work with all parties to make improvements.<\/p>\n

The Gorakh Hill Amendment Bill was approved during the session, which was led by Jameel Soomro and started thirty minutes late.<\/p>\n

A major part of the proceedings comprised a contentious discussion regarding Sindh’s gas load shedding, during which members expressed concern about Karachi’s water scarcity via an attention notice.<\/p>\n

Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon emphasised the government’s commitment to enhancing transport for Karachi locals at the Sindh Assembly proceedings. He declared that the People’s Bus Service will begin in Manghopir and that the government intended to run buses throughout Sindh.<\/p>\n

Memon declared, “We have expanded the routes for EV buses and initiated some new ones.” He also said, “There is an inflation storm in the country,” in reference to the present economic difficulties.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
