A tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) has brought together the Ministry of Federal Education, the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute)<\/a>, and the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC)<\/a> to establish a new training centre in Islamabad.<\/p>\n

The goal of the agreement, which was signed by the Executive Director of NAVTTC, the Rector of GIK Institute<\/a>, and the Federal Secretary of Education, is to foster cooperative partnerships. The participants believe the new training centre will greatly enhance the academic landscape by serving as a hub for cutting edge research, experiential learning, and professional development programmes.<\/p>\n

Moreover, they think it will support the country’s socioeconomic development by generating highly qualified graduates prepared to face the problems of the twenty-first century.<\/p>\n

Mohiuddin Wani emphasised that this programme offers a path for close cooperation between the federal ministry and the GIK Institute and is consistent with the Prime Minister’s educational goals for 2024.
