To overcome the gap, the Sindh Education Department<\/a> has chosen to hire thousands of elementary school teachers around the state.<\/p>\n

A private news program said that 15,380 primary school teachers will be hired by the department. The School Education Department<\/a>‘s HR Wing has finished all required preparations.<\/p>\n

The provincial cabinet is anticipated to approve the hiring of the teachers after discussing the discussion at its upcoming meeting.<\/p>\n

However, Punjab is also experiencing a serious teacher shortage in its public institutions. According to specifics, there are now 115,000 open primary teaching positions, up from 70,000. This is a 45,000 increase.<\/p>\n

There is a significant teacher shortage in over 9,000 elementary schools in the province, according to a recent assessment. There are no more than two or three teachers per school in these elementary schools.<\/p>\n

Due to the deteriorating state of law and order, a video of schoolteacher Allah Rakhyo carrying a gun to class went popular on social media recently.<\/p>\n

He was on his way home from school when he was stopped by bandits along Magsi-Karampur Road. When the police refused to listen to Allah Rakhyo’s concerns about his safety, he made the decision to bring the gun to school.<\/p>\n
