{"id":3059,"date":"2024-02-03T19:10:11","date_gmt":"2024-02-03T14:10:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/educations.pk\/blog\/?p=3059"},"modified":"2024-02-03T19:10:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T14:10:11","slug":"karachi-board-postpones-the-intermediate-part-i-supplementary-examinations-due-to-elections-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/educations.pk\/blog\/2024\/02\/03\/karachi-board-postpones-the-intermediate-part-i-supplementary-examinations-due-to-elections-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Karachi Board postpones the Intermediate Part I Supplementary Examinations due to elections 2024."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With regard to the Intermediate Part I Supplementary Examinations, which were originally scheduled on February 6, the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has formally postponed several papers.<\/p>\n<p>The decision was made because of the impending general elections and the fact that schools would be closed from February 6 to February 11.<\/p>\n<p>Several papers for the Intermediate Part I Supplementary Examinations have been postponed, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Botany Paper I (Science Pre-Medical)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Statistics Paper I (General Science)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Biology &amp; Bacteriology (Home Economics)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Commerce Papers I (Regular &amp; Private)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Socs Paper I &amp; Sociology Paper I (Arts Regular &amp; Private)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Statistics Paper I (Arts Regular)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nursing Paper I<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Outlines of Home Economics Paper I (Special Candidates)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The tests that were postponed have been rescheduled for February 12. They will take place at the same approved testing locations.<\/p>\n<p>However, the Karachi Intermediate Board has taken legal action against its representatives. It recently requested in writing that a criminal prosecution be filed against its personnel in a letter to the anti-corruption bureau.<\/p>\n<p>Eight additional officials, including test controllers and two former chairmen, are charged with forging exam results for Karachi Intermediate Board pupils.<\/p>\n<p>Two past chairman, Dr. Saeed-ud-din and Naseem Ahmed Memon, are the targets of an official lawsuit about the purported falsification of exam results.<\/p>\n<p>The scandal revolves around the examinations conducted in 2021 and 2022, including claims of falsified results.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With regard to the Intermediate Part I Supplementary Examinations, which were originally scheduled on February 6, the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) has formally postponed several papers.
